Born in Kota, Jasmin belonged to a well off family. In an interview, she said, “Everyone in my family is well –educated except me.” During her training days, she went for an advertisement shoot to earn extra money. She was then approached for a Tamil advertisement. Eventually, she was offered a South film. Jasmin says it was all a matter of luck and she always followed her heart. After that, she never looked back. She featured in several daily soaps and rose to fame from her character of Twinkle Taneja in Zee TVs’ show Tashan –e –Ishq. Later, she worked in Naagin 4 and became a household name. Last Year, she was the talk of the town as Jasmin Bhasin came out as one of the strongest contestants on Bigg Boss 14.
