Bharti Airtel with Apple releases India’s 1st 4G on mobile service in Bangalore. Leading to that, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c customers will be able to get 4G services on their mobile. Data browsing will be on 4G speed and Voice Call will either be on 2G or 3G network

3G subscribers too can get the new 4G speed with their old plan. They only need to change their SIM, and update it to 4G. Airtel also announces 10GB plan in 1000₹ for heavy users.

4G is the name given to the 4th generation wireless technology. High definition movies can be downloaded within a span of few minutes. By launching 4G on mobile, Airtel thus has become first in India to offer such a service.
