On Sunday Noida police launched the CitizenCop app, two days before the International Women’s Day.
The application lets women share their vehicle number and the destination to family and friends, fostering a safer travel.
The application, which was under trial for 3 months, is designed by INFOCRATS Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The app was first introduced in Madhya Pradesh, at the headquarters
An official from CitizenCop said that the application is a unique blend of phenomenal features regarding safety and easy travel. The App also reduces on-road traffic.
Senior superintendent of police Kiran Sivakumar launched the app.The App is available both on Android and IOS interface.
