The season has changed and its summers already. The temperature outside is soaring. In that case, it becomes super important to take care of your skin. 1. Use raw milk to wash your face

2. Coconut water

3. You can put Ubtan 

Once in a week you can use Ubtan on your skin to make it soft and supple. That we can do because the ingredients used in ubtan are easily available in our kitchen. It is prepared with raw milk, turmeric, and besan.

4. Ghee is mandatory 

Ghee is also very important for the natural glow. As our grandmothers say – Ghee is very helpful. Let us swear by it. Never compromise on ghee. Include it in your diet for healthy and younger looking skin.

5. Highlight is important 

You should know which part of your face should be highlighted. You can highlight your brows or whatever part you feel looks good.  In a similar way, you can also highlight your eyes, cheekbones, lips or even your brows. Wash your face every 4 hours to keep away all dirt. It makes you look fresh.
