Gangster Vikram Brar arrested for terror-gangster conspiracy; accused of aiding Lawrence Bishnoi’s crimes from UAE.
Notorious gangster Vikramjit Singh, also known as Vikram Brar, has been arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) at the IGI Airport after Interpol issued a red corner notice against him. Brar, originally from Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh, was responsible for handling financial transactions for incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and facilitating criminal activities for his gang from the UAE.

Dreaded Gangster’s Rampage
According to the NIA, Brar was involved in heinous crimes, including the murder of popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, targeted killings of innocent individuals and businessmen, weapon smuggling, and extortion in India. He had been on the run since 2020 and was wanted in at least 11 cases of murder, attempted murder, extortion, and other offenses under various sections of the IPC and the Arms Act. Multiple lookout notices had been issued against him by authorities in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi.

Terror-Gangster Nexus:
The arrest took place in connection with a terror-gangster conspiracy case, where Brar was identified as the communication control room operator for the Bishnoi terror gang from the UAE. Investigations revealed that he actively assisted Goldy Brar in executing the murder of Sidhu Moosewala.
With Brar’s arrest, the authorities aim to disrupt the criminal network and bring justice to the victims of his heinous activities.
