After a long wait, the Apple iPhone X will roll out to customers across the world this week. With gaze — ahem, literally because of that FaceID — and then make you fall in love with it. The most innovative phone from Apple in a while has been generating a lot of interest among the iPhone lovers. Well, very few people can avoid falling into its charm because of its jewel-like shine and look, but most of you will.

The iPhone X stands out for its bezel-less design, FaceID powered by the True Depth front camera and OLED display. Apple has always wanted to do a phone with an edge-to-edge screen but it’s only now that the display technology and price points have come to a point where it made sense for Cupertino-technology giant to take note.

However, despite the good grip you will need to take good care of the screen. Acknowledging this fact Apple has released its first folio cover that offers a leather flap on the front too.

iPhone X is the Apple’s first all-screen Smartphone. It sports a 5.8-inch Super Retina OLED display. Apple has decided to forgo the Home button to make space for a larger screen. It will come in two colours -silver and space Grey.

You invoke Control Centre by swiping down from the right side of the notch, which has the dot projector and other components needed for facial recognition. The glass back of the iPhone X enables support for wireless charging.Without the home button, you navigate the iPhone X using a series of gestures, like swiping up to invoke the app switcher.

The ‘Super Retina’ display on the iPhone X ticks all the right boxes when it comes to specifications: 1125×2436 pixels, 458ppi screen, Dolby Vision, HDR10, True Tone, and a one million-to-one contrast ratio. Just like the iPhone 8 Plus, the iPhone X has a dual rear camera setup, but with optical image, stabilisation included on the secondary sensor as well .Despite its smaller size, the iPhone X (left) packs a bigger display than the iPhone 8 Plus.iPhone X price in India is Rs. 89,000 for 64GB variant and Rs. 1,02,000 for 256GB variant.
