Apple has officially expanded its premium iPhone lineup in India with the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo. The biggest surprise is the iPhone Duo, Apple’s first foldable iPhone, which starts at Rs 2,99,900. Meanwhile, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at Rs 1,64,900, making it one of the most expensive Pro models yet in the Indian market.

The iPhone 18 Pro India price starts at Rs 1,64,900 for the 256GB model. Apple is offering the smartphone in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB storage configurations.

iPhone Duo India Price: Up to Rs 4,49,900
The iPhone Duo India price starts at Rs 2,99,900 for the 256GB version. It is available in Star White and Night Sky and comes in four storage options.

This makes the 2TB iPhone Duo the most expensive iPhone in Apple’s current Indian lineup. Apple says the foldable will be available to customers from October, with pre-orders beginning on October 16 at 5:30 PM IST and sales starting October 23.

iPhone 18 Pro Specs and Key Features
The iPhone 18 Pro specs include Apple’s new A20 Pro chip, a 6-core CPU, 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators and a dual 16-core Neural Engine. Apple has also introduced a next-generation vapour chamber designed to improve sustained performance during demanding workloads.
The iPhone 18 Pro features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max gets a larger 6.9-inch display. Both support ProMotion with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, Always-On display functionality and Dynamic Island.

The iPhone Duo introduces an entirely new form factor for Apple. When unfolded, it features a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR folding display, while the outer screen measures 5.4 inches. The foldable uses a titanium frame and hinge cover and supports multiple viewing positions.
Under the hood, the iPhone Duo uses the same A20 Pro platform as the Pro models and includes a dual-battery system. The iPhone 18 Pro availability timeline is earlier than the iPhone Duo. Apple has confirmed that iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders in India begin at 5:30 PM IST on September 12, with availability starting September 18. The iPhone Duo follows in October.
