According to City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Morena Atul Singh, “Three years ago, the two boys used to come to the coaching centre for studies. It is suspected that there was some monetary dispute. The brother-duo got on a two-wheeler and shot their teacher. The injured teacher has been referred to a hospital in Gwalior.”

The entire incident was caught on camera and has helped the police with evidence. However, the motive behind the shooting is still not clear. The victim also had no idea why the two students would do that. It is said that the reason could be related to unpaid tuition fees.
