Here is how you can deal with them effectively?

  • While dealing with them, be loving and genuine. Tell them that there is nothing to be afraid of, but do not ask the reason behind their behavior.
  • People with Anxiety are the over thinkers, so do let them know that their problem is temporary.
  • Don’t be judgmental or irritated in front of them when they are panicking.
  • Pamper them and make them comfortable. This will help you to deal with them effectively.

People who suffer from this disorder or nervousness often avoid going in parties and crowded places. They don’t like to be in the spotlight. They are the good observers and express their emotions well in writing. It’s important to take care of everyone but it is more important to take care of people who do not fit in the box. Do not help them to do their things because they are already smart in doing things by their own. It is just, “DO NOT JUDGE THEM”.
