Life is Bananas, but Banana Bread Makes It All Make Sense

The banana bread is the rescue for the overripe bananas saving each loaf with a hint of messiness and yumminess. Therefore, you can prepare for a magical sweet tooth Saturday treat using our honey-kissed chocolate chip banana bread recipe.

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Optional: additional chocolate chips for topping

Method:


– Preheat your oven temperature at 350°F (or 175°C). Oil a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
– Mix crushed banana pieces, honey, liquified butter, vanilla extract, and sugar granules in a big mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
– Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl.
– Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mix a little at a time, folding delicately into each other. – To avoid dense bread, one should try not to overmix.
– Stir in the chocolate chips gently, ensuring they are uniformly incorporated into the batter.
– Smooth out the batter and pour an equal amount of the batter into the loaf pan.
– Allow baking in the preheated oven for approximately 50–60 minutes or when a toothpick inserted will come out clean.
– After baking, take your banana bread out of the oven and let it stand in the pan for approximately ten minutes. Heat it in an oven and then take it off on the wire rack until cold before slicing it.
