Proper posture helps in distributing the weight of your body through your muscles, joints and helps in avoiding any risk or injuries.

  5. Almost all basic activities of the body including digestion and circulation are related to posture. Poor digestion can also be a result of poor posture. In the same way, for the blood to circulate properly in our body, we need to have a good posture or else it will restrict the blood flow. 
  6. Having a good posture is also psychologically important. A good posture helps in building confidence and is an attractive trait. It leaves a strong impression on the person who looks at you or talks to you.
