Advice 2

Do not believe anything against common sense unless you have first-hand proof. Learn your lessons & move on. Be sharp, be smart. Don’t evaluate things by face value. Use your reason and discretion before accepting and trusting something or someone.

Advice 3

Lastly, if you are not applying what you already know, there is no point in being so intent on getting what you do not know. You are not ready for more if you do not digest what you have received by applying it. Life gives you more only when you use what you have rightly.

Suffering cannot be avoided

You can’t run away from suffering, but you can definitely find meaning in sufferings as they are in your control.

Motivational Speaker Sandeep Maheshwari explains the concept more subtly.

“If you are not working on your body, you will suffer from many health problems. However, suppose you are working on it by hitting the gym or doing any workout. In that case, the process also possesses suffering but for the better. It will always be your call which one you prefer. The larger one, or prepare yourself for the larger one by enduring the smaller”.

The research says that we may not feel happy or lucky for many days whenever something pretty happens to us. On the contrary, a bad experience affects us for a longer period.

Therefore, Khushi requires effort and a belief that there is hope.

Daily affirmations

Affirmations are not for weak people. It is practiced daily by the strong ones. Make some solid positive affirmations for yourself.

Avoid negative affirmations

Have you ever realized the importance of ‘Shubh Shubh bolo’? The old saying guides you to be positive and avoid using negative words.

By default, we use negative affirmations right from the beginning of the day.

‘Are Yarr Monday Hai Aaj kaam Karna padega!’, ‘Aaj ka din hi bahut bekar Hai’- all these negative sentences affect your mood and thinking pattern.

Practicing these things daily will direct your life in a different direction. Remember, Change doesn’t take place overnight. It requires effects and that too positive one.
