Walnuts are actually of ‘King of Nuts’ with 21 percent fewer calorie!

According to a report of Journal of Nutrition, walnuts have 21 percent fewer calories than what is currently assigned by US government to it.

The research has found that serving of one walnut contains 146 calories not 185, which is 39 calories less and can make a huge difference to a calorie conscious person.
