Fruitful discussions were held at the delegation level talks of the Joint Working Group, of India and Qatar on issues related to the well-being and welfare of Indian nationals in Qatar, with particular focus on Indian workers.
The Indian delegation also availed this opportunity to discuss some specific humanitarian cases.
Before delegation level talks, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the State of Qatar Dr. Abdulla S. Al-Khulaifi, received a call by Ambassador of India to Qatar.
Shri Sanjiv Arora, accompanied by Government of India’s delegation, in the presence of the Qatari delegation.
