Meet the real-life Nayak Jatin Lal who made peon’s daughter SDM for one day

How could we ever get a movie where a journalist becomes the CM of a state for a few hours and changes the dynamics of politics in the state in a limited time. Well, that film has been brought into life by an SDM in Kangra district. Although late Amrish Puri, a villain in the movie ran out of options and gave that chance to Anil Kapoor in the movie, here Kangra SDM Jatin Lal became a hero by doing a sweet gesture to the office’s peon’s daughter.

Jatin Lal gave this opportunity to Hina Thakur, 14, who scored 94 per cent in the class 10 examination. Hina, daughter of the peon in the same office worked as a sub-divisional magistrate for one day in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Jatin Lal, who is an IAS officer, 2016 batch took the decision after seeing a very good performance by her in the examination.
The 14-year-old Thakur officiated the SDM office and took office meetings under the guidance of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Jatil Lal. She handled the concerns of the visitors who had arrived in the SDM office.
Hina Thakur, elated after working as the SDM for one day said “that it was a dream come true moment for her and that SDM Jatin Lal has shown her dream, now she is determined to become a doctor first and then an IAS officer.”

SDM Jatin Lal did this to support Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao campaign
SDM Lal said that when peon informed him about the achievement of Hina, he decided to honour her. Hina asked to become SDM for one day which the SDM Lal agreed. SDM Jatin Lal cited the Beti Padhao and Beti Bachao initiative and said he wants to promote the initiative of teaching daughters and ensure that every daughter gets honoured.
There is a little change in this incident than the Nayak movie. In the movie, the person who gave his CM seat for one day was a villain but in the Kangra event, the person who gave his SDM seat is a Hero. And there is no villain here.
