What is the Rozgar Mela?

It is an event that provides a platform to both employers and job seekers. It allows job seekers to apply and interview for jobs and helps employers find the right candidate.

Employers are usually given a booth where they display company brochures and information and guide the job seekers. The number of employers can range from 5-100, depending on the size of the mela. The number of job seekers can be in the hundreds.

The mela was first organized in 2022 by PM Modi and aims to fulfill the promise of addressing the issue of unemployment in India.
