The viral video of a Zomato delivery boy having food in the middle of work has divided the internet. The video went viral on social media, raising questions, whether the food belonged to the customer or it was his food that he was grabbing while waiting at a traffic signal in Bangalore.
In the viral video, a Zomato delivery boy was seen having small bites of food ( that appears to be fries) from the delivery bag behind his bike while waiting at the signal. Someone waiting at the same signal captured this incident and posted it on Facebook and wrote “For all those who order from Zomato / Swiggy.”

The viral video has now raised safety concerns about the handling of customer’s food. While it’s unsure if the delivery boy was having his own food or customers food, the internet is divided over the viral video. Some are saying,’it could be his own food’.while others are arguing that the delivery agent is breaching the rules.
A user commented, “The vendor must seal the food perfectly and see that it’s not tampered.”

Another user said ,’It could be his own food ,they are very good and polite. I always got sealed food. Sorry to say . We shouldn’t judge anyone.’
However, Zomato has asked the user to disclose the delivery agent’s contact information, details such as bike plate number, order id, so that the issue can be investigated.
