Is Earth headed for disastrous water shortage?

NASA’s Grace, gravity recovery and climate experiment was initiated in early 2002. Two satellites were used traveling 137 miles apart measuring any changes in the gravitational field on Earth in relation to the natural water aquifers.

It also is able to predict major flooding in relation to the saturation of the ground by water and flooding.

They found 13 of the 37 Aquifers in the world are being drained at a faster rate than envisaged. Also, that the natural sustainable restorative processes have been outstripped by consumption.
