BlackBerry Priv’s First Impressions!

BlackBerry launched its first android smartphone, BlackBerry Priv in India on Thursday.

Inevitably, one of the questions at Thursday’s launch left was whether the company had left it too late to make an Android phone.

Equally predictably, the answer spoke not want to be another “me too” Android OEM, and how the company waited until the right time, and how BlackBerry Priv is different from other android phones.

The application in the phone can for example, control the resources that each application uses and log in time and place.

In a demonstration the BlackBerry was an application of the popular android torch had activated the device’s microphone on 3 different occasions.

Recently, with the time and place where it was activated, along with the number of seconds that was active. It sounds like a useful way to identify rogue applications.

The biggest news about Priv course is its price. The BlackBerry Priv is priced in India at Rs. 62,990, which makes it more expensive than virtually every other smartphone there.
