In a post-match presentation, Pandya Slams West Indies Board and voiced his concerns, directing criticism towards the West Indies Cricket Board for their failure to provide some basic necessities.

One of the major issues faced by the Indian team was a delayed late-night flight from Trinidad to Barbados before the first ODI. Despite the challenges faced during the tour, Pandya praised the venue and the opportunity to play cricket in the West Indies. He acknowledged the beauty of the grounds and appreciated the experience of competing in the region.

Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan’s valuable innings set the stage for the big score, with the pair contributing 143 runs for the opening partnership

With the bat-friendly pitch, Sanju Samson also made his mark, scoring 51 off 41 balls and strengthening his bid for a spot in the ODI playing 11. Pandya’s power-hitting prowess was on display, as he hammered five sixes and four boundaries during his remarkable knock.

India’s bowling attack proved to be too much for the West Indies, as Mukesh Kumar’s three-wicket burst during the first Powerplay set the tone for their comprehensive victory. The Windies were ultimately dismissed for 151 runs in just 35.3 overs, securing India’s triumph in the series decider.
