3.     Vegetable Pulao: Delicate rice prepared with chopped vegetables and ground spices, vegetable pulao is ideal for those who love one-pot meals. Fry with ghee entire spices, add the veggies, rice and water, let it boil until the rice is soft. To enjoy it fully, serve hot with raita and it makes for a perfect meal.

5.     Aloo Gobi: A popular Indian dish made from boiled potatoes and cauliflower and flavored with spices, aloo gobi is delicious when served as a side dish or as the main course. First of all melt some butter and sauté cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies, and then add potatoes and cauliflower. She instructs that the vegetables should be cooked until tender before being finished off by the addition of a little lemon juice for zing.

6.     Palak Paneer: Palak paneer is a rich spinach curry dish which is prepared using paneer cubes, the dish is quite healthy. Puree spinach then add blanche then puree until it turns to smooth. First fry onion tomato and all the spices, than mix the spinach puree and paneer cubes. Stew for a while until the flavor combines and gently spoon in some cream for creaminess.

7.     Matar Paneer: Matar paneer is an extra special curry of paneer and peas in tomato gravy that never fails to hit the right spot. Stir fry onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic, and once they become soft, they add spices and tomato puree. Add some peas and paneer to the gravy and let it cook for sometime until the flavors blend in perfectly.
