Bajaj Automobiles, which made a effortless switchover from scooters to motorcycles a while back, has in their ‘Avenger’ a winner, in terms of motorcycles.
Starting with 180, then 200 and finally 220 cc, the company plans to get aggressive in it’s marketing by introducing a 150 cc variant of the Avenger, taking the offering to two models.
This exercise, it is hoped will get the beginner bikers into their fold, offering them a larger potential share in the market.
The new 150 cc Bajaj Avenger is expected to hit the market sometime this week.
