Kabir Khan’s “Phantom” banned across Pakistan after Hafiz Saeed claimed threat to life

Lahore high court banned “Phantom” a Pakistan on Thursday.

The petition was filed by Hafiz Saeed, chief of Jama-ud-Dawa. He claimed that the movie was propaganda against him and his group.

After hearing the arguments from Saeed and his group, Justice Bilal Hassan of the Lahore High Court decided to order to ban the release of the movie in the theaters of Pakistan, despite Saeed being internationally declared a terrorist.

After issuing a short order of ban the Judge asked what should be done to stop the CDs of the movie being available in the market, despite the ban.

The lead role in the film are Saif Ali Khan and katrina kaif andf will be released on 28 August.
