India won’t be able to see its men archery team at the Rio Olympics as it was not able to make a cut in the final Olympic Qualifying Tournament this Thursday.
The tournament took place on the sidelines of the World Cup Stage 3 at the Konyaalti Beach Park in Antalya.

Atanu Das, Mangal Singh Champia and Jayanta Talukdar known as the Indian trio in archery were not able to beat Malaysia in the shoot off (27-28) in the quarters of Rio.
After Champia’s poor performance, a separate trial would be held to pick an individual member for the Rio bound squad by the Archery Association of India.
