AS YOU SOW, SO SHALL YOU REAP

In our conscious thoughts, we all want to live happy, joyous lives, however, in a lot of instances and cases this is not so. Why?

Our subconscious, which forms 88% or so of our mind contains the bulk of our programs – be they genetic, or from our experiences in our journey – of this body or the soul. It is the dichotomy between this space and our conscious mind that creates the issues in our lives. The conscious wants joy, while the subconscious may invite the opposite.

So how do we get out of this dilemma? Simple. By watching our actions – remember, thoughts are actions too. By consciously watching our thoughts, with the realization that whatever we think and do comes our way – so, if we think good of others, good will come our way too. To expect good to come to us, while we think ill of others – is a flight of fantasy.

Whenever we do an action, we do get feeling deep within us – either of peace love, contentment and joy; or anger, hatered, jelousy, resentments, etc.

The energy of this feeling, and the energy of the action (remember thought is an action too) determine the outcome. This happens because we tap into various Laws of the Universe, including the LAW OF EXPECTANCY.

meditation-1

We ourselves are very pure and fair. So, we tap into the Law of Expectancy by the energy of our actions. So, by an action based in anger, fear, revenge, malice, etc., we automatically – subconsciously tap into the Law of Expectancy, and EXPECT – that which we have created.

Similarly, by an action which is grounded in Purity, in Divine Joy and Bliss – all from God’s persepective (Unconditional Love) – we again automatically – subconsciously tap into the Law of Expectancy, and EXPECT – that which we have created. In this case Joy.

So, constantly watching our thoughts, and as a corollary, what expectations we are creating for ourselves helps us to start transforming our lives to that of Happiness.
