1. Plan everything smartly

Ensure that you give the required amount of time to each and every subject based on your proficiency and the broadness of the syllabus.

While planning, ensure that you take an account of each chapter and each topic in that chapter.

Most importantly, do not ignore diagrams, tables or graphs in your textbooks as there are high chances of questions being asked about them

3. Solve previous year’s question papers

4. Stress on important points and formulas

Memorizing important formulas, notes and dates are essential for all subjects.

Make sure that you learn all of them by-heart before the exam.

Write down the important points, formulas, theorems, definitions on flash cards that are easy to carry along in your pocket or wallet. You can have a look at them every time you have a free moment.

5. Time in your efforts

Get an idea as to how much time you need to give an answer to a particular question.

This will help you know if you need to concentrate on your speed or accuracy.

Finding out how much time you spend on a particular question will also help you to know your strengths and weaknesses.

Once you are done with that, stress more on your weak areas.

6. Study in a group for once in a while

It is always good to study in groups.

It will also help you get your doubts clear by your friends who might know how to solve a particular question that you find difficult to solve.

Studying in a group also helps you improve your exam preparation and efforts.

If you have left out a few portion of the syllabus purposefully, your group study can tell you. Moreover, spending time with your friends will also help you feel refreshed.

7. Study in early morning

‘Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise’ is the most appropriate phrase to achieve success

The idea is to sleep early and wake up early to stay completely fit and fresh.

Studying in the early morning is the best time as there is a minimal chance of distraction outside which helps you to concentrate better.

After having a good rest, your mind is also in a better state to grab what you are reading.
