Father’s Day Special: Dear Jawans, Thanks for Guarding us like a ‘Father’

Like a Father, they protect: This Father’s Day Recognising their efforts should be a priority

Happy Father’s Day: June 21 will be celebrated as Father’s Day this year. A day to let our heroes know how important they are for us. One day is not enough to thank our parents. But at least we can make them feel special.

Father is someone who stands like a rock and supports us whenever we need him. Be it sunshine, rain, happy or gloomy days, he ensures our safety and happiness. He works hard to fulfil our dreams. Father teaches us discipline in life. Hard from outside and soft inside, he does everything to give wings to his kids dreams and passion. Our fathers are heroes of our life, and we look up to them. Today, we are also thanking people who protect us like a Father.

Our Jawans are no less than a father to us. They protect us like a father. They stay away from their family. They don’t even care about the weather, the only thing they know is to Protect their Nation. They deserve respect and recognition every single day. Jawans selflessly serve our motherland. Sacrificing  all the comfort so that we all can sleep peacefully. 20 Indian Soldiers lost their lives in the recent face-off between India – China. Be it the Pulwama attack or the horror of Mumbai attacks, our Jawans protected us just like a father protects his kids.

Let us not forget that our fathers too need motivation & support. They can feel every emotion and it is important for us to appreciate them. Similarly, let us not only confide to give tribute to soldiers who sacrifice their life. Respecting them should be our priority. One social media post isn’t enough. As a society, we need to address their efforts regularly.

Here is a small thank you note to all the Jawans out there!

Thank you for protecting us. We know it is not easy to put everything aside, even your loved ones to serve the nation. It’s hard to celebrate all the festivals away from your family. Thank you for serving our country in chilling winters and soaring summers. You are the real heroes. You are someone we should celebrate. Trust us, you inspire millions of youngsters out there. Every night we sleep peacefully because we know you are there.
