The pilot, identified as 32-year-old Luis Angel from Navaloto, was operating a Piper PA-25-235 Pawnee aircraft. He was tasked with spraying pink-coloured smoke into the sky to announce the gender of the expecting couple’s child.

As the event unfolded, excited attendees on the ground were celebrating and cheering for the parents-to-be, completely unaware of the impending disaster. Tragically, the aircraft suddenly went into a nosedive, and one of its wings malfunctioned mid-air.
