Cholera-like infection:
While her mother mentioned a cholera-like infection as the potential cause, the official cause of death is pending a medical report and death certificate. Concerns about her health were raised by friends who observed her exhausted appearance and swollen legs during her travels in Sri Lanka and Phuket.

Raw Vegan Diet:
Despite efforts to convince her to seek treatment, Zhanna continued with her restrictive eating regimen. She was motivated by witnessing peers who appeared older due to unhealthy eating habits and was enthusiastic about her own transformations. However, her dedication to the raw vegan diet allegedly led to fatal consequences.
