Tollywood stars, including Nagarjuna & Nani, Rana Daggubati, actively participate in Telangana assembly elections 2023, setting an inspiring example for civic engagement.

Tollywood’s beloved celebrities took a break from their busy schedules to participate in the ongoing Telangana assembly elections 2023, showing up at various polling booths in Hyderabad. From renowned actors like Nagarjuna and Nani to Rana Daggubati and more, the stars emphasised the importance of exercising their civic duty by casting their votes.

Amidst the bustling polling booths, stars like Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Amala Akkineni, Nandamuri Kalyanram, and Rana Daggubati were spotted without creating much fuss. Some shared lighthearted moments, such as Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya sharing a jovial exchange while waiting in line. Kalyanram was seen warmly greeting an acquaintance and clicking selfies with police personnel. Nani engaged in a friendly chat with another voter, while Rana proudly displayed the ink on his finger after voting.

Several celebrities, including Sai Dharam Tej, took to social media, encouraging their fans to follow suit. Sai Dharam Tej posted a picture of his inked finger, urging his followers to step out and cast their votes, emphasising the significance of this responsibility. Director Sekhar Kammula, accompanied by his mother and daughter, stressed the importance of voting, especially for students, despite it being a working day.

Earlier in the day, stars like Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Venkatesh, Jr NTR, and Srikanth, along with their families, had already cast their votes. Chiranjeevi urged everyone to participate in the democratic process, while Allu Arjun appealed to voters to cast their ballots responsibly.

Remaining stars like Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan were expected to make their way to the voting booths later in the day. Ram Charan even took a break from shooting to fly down from Mysuru to cast his vote for the elections.
