From a doting mother to a fierce lawyer, Pratigya is a boss lady!
After a lot of buzz, Pratigya made a comeback in a brand new avatar. The first episode of Pratigya 2 was telecasted on March 15, 2020. It’s been a week now, and the audience is loving the new story. We are hooked to season 2 from day one. The show comprises of all the old characters and there is a leap of 9 years. Now, Pratigya is a doting mother of two kids Kriti and Garv. Pratigya is a boss lady who has her heart in the right place. She is a successful lawyer and giving us some major women empowerment goals. Pratigya is bold and beautiful. In the first season, we saw her raising her voice, and fearlessly putting her point across in front of Sajjan Singh. She loved Krishna and went on to become his biggest support and critic at the same time. As the story progressed, we can now see fearless Pratigya in season 2 who loves her work as much she loves her family.

Pratigya is known for her profession and she respects her job with all her heart. She is honest about her duties and never compromises on her ethics. Recently, she has taken the murder case of Balraj Tyagi’s son. Despite Krishna’s warning, she took up the case. So far, she has even left Balraj Tyagi( Antagonist of the show) impressed with her dedication towards her work.
3. A doting mother
Krishna and Pratigya are now the parents of two adorable kids Kriti and Garv. Pratigya is a doting mother. She is protective and wants to give the best life to them. As a mother, she has full confidence in her kids. Recently, she was seen supporting Kriti over a fight with neighbours. With full confidence, Pratigya said,” Hamari Kriti Jhooth nhi bolti”. She shares a warm equation with her kids, especially with her daughter.
4. She loves Krishna but takes a stand for herself whenever required
We have seen Krishna – Pratigya love story in the last season. They are adorable and Krishna is a doting husband. On the other hand, Pratigya too respects him but she knows her worth. In an episode, Krishna slapped Pratigya and guess what? Like always, she stood up for herself.
5. The way Pratigya conducts herself
She is back and she is back with a bang. Not only her outlook towards has changed, but her overall look has also changed. We are in complete aww. Be it Palazzo – Kurta or cotton sarees, Pratigya’s different looks in the new season are pure gold. We are loving it. The way she talks and conducts herself is proof that she is a boss lady!

Pratigya was never a regular saas-bahu saga. In the previous season, the show many touched many social issues and reflected how women are suppressed in our country. It was refreshing and people loved it. After 9 years, the show is back with new hopes and beginnings. Pratigya is the apt representation of a modern woman, who loves both, her career and her family. She is definitely an inspiration for many young moms out there. We have seen over the years, Television content has evolved and stories like this can inspire many women. It is quite refreshing and engaging.
