The popular team behind the comedy hit “Khichdi” is making a triumphant return with their latest instalment, “Khichdi 2: Mission Paanthukistan,” slated to hit theatres this Diwali. This film brings back the endearing Gujarati family as they embark on a top-secret mission with a tantalizing reward of ₹5 crore.
Written and directed by Aatish Kapadia and produced by Jamnadas Majethia, this adventure-comedy is set to grace the screens during the festive Diwali season, promising audiences a double dose of entertainment.

Khichdi 2 The Mission Laughs & Thrills
The recently unveiled teaser provides a glimpse into the quirky world of Khichdi. Supriya Pathak, in her role as Hansa, humorously conveys her weariness at the constant demands of the mission. Things take an interesting turn when Kirti Kulhari files a missing person report for Himanshu, setting the stage for the whole Khichdi ensemble to spring into action. The teaser showcases captivating visuals and, of course, the trademark hilarious dialogues that the series is known for.
As the plot unfolds, the Khichdi clan finds themselves on a private jet, piloted by none other than Pratik Gandhi. Comedic mishaps lead to a dramatic mid-air parachute exit, leaving Vandana Pathak’s Jayshree to discuss the mission while hurtling through the sky. The teaser hints at their destination, Paanthukistan, setting the stage for a wild adventure.
Khichdi 2 In Global Release
“Khichdi 2: Mission Paanthukistan ” sees the return of Jamnadas Majethia in his role as Himanshu. Presented by Hats Off Productions, this film is set to make a global splash on November 17. It marks the second cinematic outing for the beloved “Khichdi” team, following the success of Khichdi: The Movie” in 2010.
