4 Men Seized in North Delhi For Robbery Of Rs 50 Lakh in Alipur

Two members of the City Traders caught reportedly for robbery of Rs 50 lakh in the north part of Delhi on June 14.

On 14 June, North Delhi police got the information about a robbery of rs 50 lakh at Holi chowk in Alipur. When police reached the location,they found one injured man named Mukesh Kumar and they immediately rushed to the nearest hospital,Raja Harish Chand Hospital,Narela.

After that, the police took the statement from the victim.

In his statement Mukesh said that he and Abhimanyu worked in SS trade in Chandni Chowk and used to collect payments from different parts of the city.

On 14 June the cash agents had to receive rs 50 lakh from one Rahul Jaiswal as directed by the owner of ss trades, the cash agent collected all the money and left at around 4:20 pm. When they reached a tapering road near bada mandir,at Holi chowk in Alipur, two men came from behind, they fully covered their faces with clothes and started beating Mukesh and robbed both bags fully filled with money.

Police monitored 100s of CCTV footage of the whole area and identified that the accused Abhimanyu who works as a cash agent in ss traders with Mukesh. They had collected 50 lakh from Rahul jaiswal. Abhimanyu is the one who disclosed the information of money and the place of accomplice Santosh who is an ex employee of ss trade. He got fired from the job by the owner a week before the incident happened. After that Santosh wanted to take revenge from the owner of the ss trade. Investigation said that the whole plan was of Subhash and Dinesh snatched the bag from Abhimanyu and Mukesh. After that they all planned to flee to their hometown Bikaner in Rajasthan.
