A lot of people like to plan their holidays in a way so that they can relax, enjoy and explore a new place. We often see how some people like to take holidays in between their work and this is a great practice as it makes sure that they do not get bored of working and can take a rest when needed

Those who have nervous breakdowns are often suggested to travel to a quiet place or to surround themselves with greenery. This can help them bounce back much faster

5. Travelling also helps please the aesthetic needs that we humans have. It helps us appreciate nature and the environment and also connect with it.

6. It provides an opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and connect with them. This helps in fostering social skills and also expands our social network.
