Writing for children is a passion for Infosys Foundation Chairperson Sudha Murty. In a writing career spanning more than 3 decades, Murty has written more than 24 books.
Her latest, her 25th., titled “The Magic of the Lost Temple” is a children’s book, about a child Nooni, who learns to meander through the slow pace of rural life in a village in Karnataka while visiting her grandparents.
Launching the book on the eve of Children’s Day, Ms. Murty said” An author has to be responsible. When we write for children, we should use proper words and give good words with kind words of hope and positive thinking.”
