AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said that the central government should encourage the complete decentralization of powers and give maximum responsibilities to the state.
He said that the separation of powers is clear under the constitution and is very important. The governors are an agent of the central government and interfere with the functioning of state government.
He also demanded the CBI to be made independent as it has been used to arm twist the State governments for decades.
The Delhi Chief Minister further said, That the centre has to finance poor states; the centre levies service tax, import duty and income tax and should supposedly distribute it amongst states, but politics always meddles with the question of distribution, whenever it comes under consideration.
