Adding to it, Praveen Sinha, Founder of Jabong.com said, “From utility, cost and convenience point of view, this app would be a great success in the market since it provides every household a laundry service in affordable price. I don’t assume that most of our first costumers would initiate from application. Definitely the app is very easy to use but still for beginners, guidance is needed which is done on a call; you can place a call to customer service executive who will guide you on how app is convenient than a call.”

We are working towards getting Paytm into the conversation for same. Unlike traditional system wherein you have no idea about where the clothes are or you cannot held the person responsible for any damage caused to your clothes, through Wassup’s tracking facility, you can actually track if it’s been washed or not and can held the team responsible for any damage caused.

Apart from all this, we also have Loyalty Card service which works as a plastic money when you do not have ready cash. And also, it is very important to note that we aren’t replacing the traditional ways of laundry, dry cleaning or shoe-repairing but taking them to an advance level by making them work with us under special training.”
