New Delhi could host the annual G20 summit in 2018 as India will hold the economic forum that year.
According to reports, China will hold G20 summit in 2016 followed by Germany in year 2017. As G20 is a forum of 20 major global economies.
As G20 operates as a forum not as an organization therefore, it does not have any permanent secretariat or management.
