If you are an Indian passport holder and you travel often, then chances are there that you had have face visa problems, right? Notably, as of 2018,  59 countries offer visa on arrival or Visa-free travel to Indian passport holders. But that is hardly any consolation, given that most the Europe and American countries want the visa stamped on the passport. Here are 10 New Visa rules that you need to know if you hold an Indian passport. These rules might ease your travel a bit.

1. Traveling to Myanmar has become super – easy

Traveling to Myanmar has now become super easy. If you are planning to visit Myanmar, you need to display your e-  visa that checkpost.  Notably, the e- visa could be obtained in two days.

2. UAE is granting 10 year -long-term visa

UAE is now offering a 10 year- long-term visa to highly skilled professionals and investors who are willing to visit the country. Notably, these visas are granted to specialists in science, medicine, and research. Visas are also being granted to exceptional students.

3.  Israel has cut down visa fee for Indian passport holders

Yes, you heard it right. Israel has now cut down visa fees for Indian passport holders from 17,00 to 1,100. Notably, you need to apply for a visa in the B2 visa ( business, tourism) category in order to avail the new price.

4. Good News for your Kids

UAE has announced new visa rules to promote tourism in the country. Between July 15- September 15, UAE is offering Visa-free travel to dependents below 18 years. It means if you are going for a holiday to Dubai or Abu Dhabi and have kids below 18 years, your kids travel visa-free.

5. Zimbwawe has also relaxed its visa rules for India

Indian passport holders can now get the visa on arrival in Zimbwawe. Interestingly, India is among the 28 countries for whom Zimbwawe has relaxed its rules.

6. Saudi Arabia is issuing a tourist visa to women aged 25 and above

Saudi Arabia wants to increase the tourism in the country. To give it a boost, it is issuing visas to women aged 25 and above even if they are visiting the country without a man. This commendable as this is the first time when Saudi Arabia has relaxed its rules.

7.  What is France offering?

Well, if you are in France and transiting through the international zone of any airport in the country, you don’t need your airport transit visa.

8. New Visa Rules in Japan

Japan has also given some relaxation to Indian passport holders. There was a time when the rules were very strict. Now, if you are applying for a short-term stay in Japan or a multiple -entry visa, you don’t need to show an employment certificate for explanation letter stating the reason for your visit.

9.  New Visa Rules in Uzbekistan will surprise you

Traveling to Uzbekistan has become easier.  Submit your e- visa application three days before your trip. After that, you can get a single-entry e- visa for a 30 day period.

10  New Visa Rules: Get a month-long tourist visa in Oman for 3,700

Isn’t great? Yes, you can get a month-long tourist visa in Oman for just 20 Omani Riyai that is 3,700. But this rule only applies those if you reside or hold an entry visa to US, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan
