The ‘Silicon Valley of India’ ( Bengaluru) Records Its Hottest Day Ever!

The rising temperature all across the nation has increased problems for common man. It has become difficult for people to go out from their houses; one can see streets full of colorful umbrellas and a long queue on the stalls of coconut water sellers.

Notably , the heat wave has till now killed 150 people, most of them were from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but now this heat wave has even reached to the Garden City.

Capital of Karnataka, Bengaluru, which is known for its chilling capability, witnessed its hottest day ever on Sunday(since the record began to be kept in 1876) with the temperature 39.2 degrees.

Garden city records its hottest day ever

Before 24th April the hottest day in Bengaluru was in year 1931 on May 22nd , when the maximum temperature was 38.9 degrees.

Though, according to MET department light showers are expected in couple of days but that would hardly bring down the temperature.

Till the monsoon arrives, take good care of yourselves via taking some important measures before going out in the sun like covering your face and head, drinking lot of water , using sunscreen etc.

Stay cool and beat the heat!
