Impact of banning notes of 500 and 1000 in India is clearly visible. Common people are going through several problems which politicians even cannot imagine. From long queues in banks to no cash in ATMs, India is currently going through havoc like condition. Recently a temple refused to accept the notes of 500 and 1000.

Impact of putting ban on notes of 500 and 1000 can also be seen in temples. Yes, one of the temple situated in Kanpur requested devotees not to put note of 500 and 1000 in the charity box as it is not valid now and they added that they are supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision.

Here, people are not having money for their basic necessities than how one will donate the money? The Centre’s decision to demonetise currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 has affected businesses and other service facilities across the country. Long, winding queues are a regular feature outside banks and ATMs since Friday as the public struggled to exchange the old currency notes.

Temple priest told they are alerted by authorities

Notice outside the Kanpur temple caught a lot of attention. Temple priest told that authorities were alerted to ensure no donations in the form of Rs 500/1000 notes were accepted. He further added that authorities and temple staff are in support of Modi’s decision.

Rumours all round the corners

Problems are not ending yet and rumours are creating new problems for the people. In some parts of the country – including New Delhi – rumors of a shortage of salt in the market caused panic among the people who then started buying it at inflated prices.

The government, however, cleared that there was no such shortage. Finance Minister Arun Jaitely has told that it will take four weeks to get back to normal lives.
