Committee formed to tackle stray dog issue in Kerala

The issue of stray dogs has been bothering Kerala for quite some time now. The increasing number of stray dogs on the road has become a major worry for the citizens of the state as it has been causing deaths all over the state.

It was only a few days ago that an infant was mauled by stray dogs and few days before that when a 76 year old woman was killed by them.
