According to Ms. Sehrawat, Swati Maliwal has not only broken the laws while making 100 male appointments from amongst AAP cadre at the DCW, but has also managed to hurt the very objective that the DCW was formed for. As today the women approaching DCW are very uncomfortable in discussing their problems with the male counsellor.

Kejriwal is a political fugitive, says Satish Upadhyay

Meanwhile, the Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay and general secretary MP Ramesh Bidhuri has accused the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of being a “political fugitive” at a press conference.

The BJP leaders said that, the people of the capital and also the country have further understood that the CM is no more a political fugitive, as he does not take responsibility for anything and also further indulges in some sort of low-grade politics of accusing other people.

Further adding that the CM needed to understand that “his game of the political and media trial” when it came to the issues of corruption and some other irregularities “cannot continue any more”, the BJP president said that he needed to further walk the talk by not being “afraid” of inquires against him.

“Mr. Kejriwal repeatedly has raised accusations on the Prime Minister, but if he really wants to know why his name has been included by the ACB in the FIR, then I would like to advise him to go to a lawyer practising in the Tis Hazari Court near his residence and further find out that the police always includes the name of the persons in the FIR given by the complainant,” Mr. Upadhyay said, adding that the CM’s inclusion as a suspect did not translate to evidence of guilt.
