Bank employees will be on strike on July 29

Almost 10 lakh of bank employees nationwide will be going on strike on July 29, which is called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) against the Central government’s ‘retrograde banking reforms’.

This came after the Delhi High Court has refused to hold a bank strike on July 12 and 13, the unions have then deferred the strike.
