23 employees of e- commerce giant, Flipkart are drawing 1 crore annually. According to a report, the company is paying attractive packages to get more and more talent at senior positions.
Flipkart internet’s employee’s benefit swelled threefold to Rs.476 crore, according to its filling with the Registrar of companies.
Still flipkart has to go a long way as India’s top consumer good company Hindustan Unilever, which has about 169 executives, who draw eight- digit salary.
Online traders are constantly trying hard to prove themselves in the hyper competitive market and Flipkart is also running in the same race.
