Despite being embroiled in controversies, and FBI bribery investigations, Qatar has cleared all hurdles in it’s race for FIFA 2022.
Having beaten other rivals for the honor, Qatar will finally get to host FIFA in 2022. Playing the anti-Arab card well, Qatar positioned the games as a opportunity to bridge the gap.
Their bid was bolstered by full support from the Arab League, which of course is very powerful, controlling most of the petroleum resources of the World.
