Viraj Jit Singh of Kidzania India said, “It’s a pleasure to be a part of the World Children Expo Conclave, a great platform to engage with like-minded people from different industries working towards a common goal of empowering children through education and entertainment”.

Parul Ohri,Editor at ‘My City for Kids’ commented, “The socio-economic changes over time have impacted the very structure and methodology of parenting. Today, bringing up children can be looked upon as a project undertaken by the parent managers, sometimes delegated but nearly always micro managed by themselves. If opportunities for exposure to different experiences have increased so have the expectations for children to emerge as better versions of their parents”.

‘My City for Kids’ presented a special report on ‘New Age Parenting’ at the business enclave along with a special presentation on ‘Digital evolution of Kids’ by Viacom 18.

Manesh Swamy, the Associate Creative Director of Hungama Digital services who gave a special presentation of ‘The Great Digital Family’ explained, “We have to adapt to the new technologies, but today’s kids are born as “Digital Natives”. They are in control with all digital devices around. ‘A child picks up a device before a toothbrush every morning’. Children are at the epicenter of information revolution. They help build it, and they understand it as well. Not only is the digital world making the young more sophisticated, it is also connecting them to one another, providing them with a new sense of belief”.

From past three years, WCE has been conducting this unique business conclave where industry leaders from across key sectors come together at one platform to share their thoughts on the present scenario in kids market along with ideas and issues being debated to children and their needs within the bracket age of 0-15 years.
