Penalty corner specialist of Argentina, Gonzalo Peillat scored two goals to help Argentina to secure 3-0 win over India in the opening match of the men’s Hockey World League, 2015.
The Argentina team was in an outstanding form in the opening match, establishing a 2-0 lead ahead of half time which is headed by Coach Carlos Retegui.
Peillat put his team ahead in the 3rd minute of the game with a penalty corner shot that left shot-stopper P.R. Sreejesh stuck, before Joaquin Menini doubled the score board by scoring a goal from close range.
Agustin Mazzilli was declared ‘Man of the Match’ for his outstanding performance.
