Former Disney star Mitchel Musso arrested for public intoxication and theft after altercation at Texas hotel. Not his first arrest.
Former Disney Channel star Mitchel Musso, recognized as Miley Cyrus’ friend Oliver Oken in “Hannah Montana,” was taken into custody due to charges related to public intoxication and theft. The incident reportedly occurred after an altercation at a local hotel in Rockwall, a suburb of Dallas, Texas.
Upon investigation, it was reported that Musso entered the hotel and allegedly took a bag of chips without making a payment. When confronted about payment, he reportedly became verbally aggressive and left the scene. The Rockwall Police Department’s press release stated that Musso displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested on charges of public intoxication and theft under $100.

Following his arrest, Mitchel Musso was transported to the Rockwall County Detention Center and spent a night in custody. He was released on Sunday afternoon after posting a $1,000 bond. Additionally, background checks revealed multiple outstanding traffic warrants against him.
This isn’t the first legal encounter for Musso. In 2011, he was arrested in Burbank, California, for driving under the influence (DUI) when he was 20 years old. His blood alcohol content was reportedly well above the legal limit.

Mitchel Musso gained fame as a teenager for his role as Oliver Oken in the popular Disney series “Hannah Montana,” which aired from 2006 to 2011. He was also known as the voice actor for Jeremy in the animated series “Phineas and Ferb,” which aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD from 2007 to 2015.
