Finally, The Sky is Pink starring Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim has hit the theatres. Here is – ‘The Sky is Pink Movie Review’ that you should read before you watch it. Well, the film is based on a real story which touches an emotional chord. It will make you grateful for everything that you have in life. The film is funny in parts even the most serious scenes are kept light-hearted, yet it is a serious take on love, life and loss.

The film is directed by National Award-winning director Shonali Bose (Mangrita with a straw).It is the real story of Chaudhary family and is narrated through the lens of their daughter Aisha. The emotional drama is so beautifully pulled off by Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra, it is has brought their core talent to the table. And we are amazed!  Interestingly, the title ‘The Sky is Pink’ comes from their son’s ( Rohit Saraf) who paints sky pink instead of blue and gets scolded. When he tells this to his mom Aditi ( Priyanka Chopra) she says, “ You can paint whatever colour you want it to be.” Not everybody’s sky is blue.

It gives out an important message that “You are the creator of your life.” We have the freedom to colour our life with whatever colours we want.

1. It gives out an important message on family support. These days we hardly get to watch these types of films. There would be moments when you will be weeping your heart out and laughing hard next. You need to watch it.

3.Priyanka and Farhan has done a brilliant job. Be it acting, dialogues, they will move you emotionally.
